Registration is open for the South East University Games 2023 20th Year Edition.

The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) is proud to announce that registration is now open for the 2023 South East University Games! The Games will be held from November 19th through November 26th of 2023 and are hosted by Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. The goal of the SEUGA Unizik 2023 Games is to promote and reinforce the Olympic spirit of the South East Universities through competition. Seven thousand (7,000) athletes will come together in Awka the capital city of Anambra State to be a part of the great contest .

Team sports offered in the SEUGA Unizik 2023 Games include Football, Basketball, Handball, Volleyball, Table Tennis and Tennis. All team sport tournaments will be a round robin/ pool play format, with a minimum guarantee of three or four games. Top teams will advance to medal round games.

This year, we are offering a diverse group of individual sport offerings that include: Track & Field, Judo, Taekwondo, Chess, Scrabble, Tenle Tennis, and Tennis. Individual sport competitions are held over a one- or two-day period.
